The following is a general outline of our regular service listed by room:
Kitchen: All counters,
all glass, outside of cabinets, top, front and sides of: refrigerator, stove microwave, dishwasher and other appliances. Sink
cleaned and polished. Floor mopped. Windowsills, baseboards, cobwebs and windows as needed (may not apply on all visits).
Living Room: Furniture
dusted/polished, pictures dusted, ceiling fan dusted, clean glass on TV, Dust lampshades. Dust shelves and/or outside of cabinets,
clean glass on tables, cabinets, etc., floor vacuumed. Windowsills, baseboards, cobwebs and inside of windows as needed. Will
not move or dust expensive nick-nacks, music boxes, or Hummels (may not apply on all visits).
Dining Room: Furniture
dusted/polished, pictures dusted, ceiling fan dusted, clean glass on tables, cabinets, etc., floor vacuumed, lamp shades dusted.
Windowsills, baseboards, cobwebs and inside of windows as needed (may not apply on all visits).
Bathrooms: Bathtub
or shower scrubbed and cleaned, clean counter and vanity, toilet scrubbed and cleaned, sink, mirror and faucets polished,
floor mopped. Windowsills, baseboards, cobwebs and inside of windows as needed (may not apply on all visits).
Bedrooms: Furniture
dusted/polished, pictures dusted, ceiling fan dusted, clean glass on tables, cabinets, etc., floor vacuumed, lamp shades dusted.

Additional Info:
Occasionally, some of the above items may be substituted with other items that may require cleaning (ex. windows may be cleaned,
fingerprints washed from walls and switch plates, cobwebs removed from ceiling and walls, mini-blinds, stereo equipment dusted,
doors, door frames, etc.) |
